World Pasta Day has been observed on October 25 since 1995. Pasta is one of the most consumed foods on earth: global production exceeds 17 million tons annually. Italy remains the largest producer and consumer per capita, but pasta has become genuinely universal. The diversity of forms, over 350 nam
